Sterling National Bank Account Agreement

If the report has been written orally, we may ask you to send us the complaint or question in writing within ten (10) business days of the oral report. We will try to inform you of the results of the investigation within ten (10) business days of the oral or written report and immediately correct any errors. However, if we need more time, we may need forty-five (45) business days to review a complaint or issue. In this case, within 10 (10) business days after notification, we will credit your account with the amount you deem defective. This way you can use the money for the time we need to complete our investigation. If we ask you to file your complaint or question in writing and we do not receive it within ten (10) business days, we cannot give credit to your account. The First National Bank of Sterling City may change the terms applicable to each service from time to time by sending or sending you a notice of change to the address provided in our accounts, and the revised terms and conditions will be effective on the earliest date permitted by applicable law.
